My name is Faye, I am a mother of 4 and have been preparing authentic Lebanese Food in excess of 40 years. I was born and raised in Australia, however my parents were not and my mother has taught me many recipes of authentic Lebanese Cooking which I would hope to share with you. I would like to offer you a personal cooking experience in a relatively small group to be able to teach you the secrets

of how to prepare Traditional Home-style Lebanese Food from scratch. The cooking classes covers range of foods, from Meat & Vegetarian dishes, to Salads & Sweets , with recipes passed on through the generations, from grandmother to mother to daughter. I give you my assurance that this class is guaranteed to satisfy any culinary enthusiast.
