Cape Grim Beef is one of those ranges we’re genuinely proud to have in the Boococks cabinet. Tasmanian beef with a reputation for quality, consistency and knowing exactly where it comes from.

The T-bone doesn’t get talked about enough.

Two cuts in one… the sirloin on one side, the eye fillet on the other, separated by the bone. You get the richness of the sirloin and the tenderness of the fillet in a single steak. That’s not a bad deal 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hot pan or grill, high heat, cook it to medium rare and let it rest. The bone helps it hold its shape and keeps the heat even while it cooks. Simple as that đź‘Ś
