When a job needs zero Burmese help but your Burmese decides you need help anyway. This is Winifred, AKA Winnie, who feels sitting on my shoulder while I print tomorrow’s orders is completely necessary.😆

What’s for dinner?
Tonight I used lots of organic veggies, some free range chicken and hokkien noodles for a really yummy stir fry.
Just enough for lunch tomorrow.😁

Noooooo! My skyr is ruined.😭
Went to check on my skyr, which is an Icelandic yoghurt, that I started yesterday and realised I hadn’t pushed start on the yogurt maker.

I dumped it as it wouldn’t have set or fermented right. Anyone else make skyr or yoghurt?

Guess I’ll be making another batch in between getting ready for market tomorrow.

Skyr is low fat, not that fats are bad, and high protein so a great option if you can digest dairy.

OH MY….Gasping, eyes watering, coughing.
Note to self, don’t inhale when taking the lid off the spice grinder!
A few months ago I dried some fresh organic chillies and I grind them in small batches to maintain freshness and flavour.
Some of this went into my chilli/taco seasoning.
Fresh chillies will be on the list this week at Sunbury Organics when the web shop opens later this week.

What’s for dinner?
Tonight I used some of today’s veggie order in a simple beef and veggie stir fry. Just realised I forgot to add the snow peas.🤦‍♀️
Getting up at 3AM will do that.😆
