🏆🥩 THE RESULTS ARE IN… AND PROUD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! 🥩🏆

Out of 17 talented apprentices who competed in the AMIC NSW Apprentice of the Year Competition…

👏 TED PLACED 7TH OVERALL!
👏 JAMES PLACED 10TH OVERALL!

What makes these results even more impressive is just how early these two are in their careers!

🥩 Ted is only 1½ years into his apprenticeship
🥩 James is only 8 months into his apprenticeship

To step up, put themselves out there and compete against some incredibly talented apprentices — and come away with results like these — is something they should both be extremely proud of.

We’ve watched both of these young men continue to grow in skill, confidence and determination, and their progress has been incredible.

James & Ted, you represented yourselves and Stroud Butchery exceptionally well, and we couldn’t be prouder of you both. ❤️

🌟 OUR SUPERSTAR GUEST JUNIOR BUTCHERESS! 🌟

We had the lovely Ally in lending us a hand today, and what a little superstar she was! 🥩👏

Ally started off helping us cook up some delicious sausage sandwiches 🌭 before jumping behind the counter with the crew.

She got stuck into rolling rissoles, helping around the shop and even serving some of our customers! 💪🥩

A big special thanks to James for guiding Ally today and helping her learn the ropes! 👏

We absolutely loved having you as part of the Stroud Butchery team today, Ally!
