Did you know our Chicken, Bacon, Fetta Filo’s are made right here in store! Using nothing but the best fresh ingredients!

Our filo’s are filled with diced chicken breast, diced bacon and a crumbly fetta! Each filo is hand wrapped and then topped with a butter to help you get a nice golden flakey filo pastry once cooked!

We recommend cooking your Filo’s in the oven for Approx 30min! You can even pop these in an air fryer!

Great to eat all year round with your favourite salad or vegetables!

We are still on a high from Meatstock Sydney and would like to thank everyone who has come in to congratulate Mat, aka “Ted”! 👏🏆

A lot of hard work goes into preparing for an event like this, and it certainly paid off with Ted taking home 1st Place in the World Butcher Wars Apprentice of the Year! 🔥🥩

Months of training and practice went into this competition, with Mick by Ted’s side every step of the way, helping perfect the products to be displayed. From timing the breakdown of a side of lamb and half saddle of pork, to creating and presenting the final display — all within just 30 minutes on stage — the dedication and effort behind the scenes is incredible.

This event is such an amazing way to showcase our trade, and we are forever grateful for the hard work and dedication from everyone involved in Meatstock and Butcher Wars.

Thank you for continuing to showcase our industry and for giving butchers and apprentices something exciting to work towards every year! 🙌
