💛 WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT STRATH CREEK? 💛

At our last market we put up our Community Board and asked one simple question… What do you love about Strath Creek?

And we absolutely loved reading your answers! ❤️

The scenery. The locals. The market. The animals. The community. The trees. The flowers. Misty mornings through the valley. Rolling hills in spring… and even “EVERYTHING!”

Thank you to everyone who stopped, picked up a marker and added a little piece of love to our board. 🌿

🐻 AND OUR NEXT INTERACTIVE ACTIVITY… FIND THE HIDDEN TEDDIES!

At our Picnic in the Country market, teddies will be hiding amongst our stallholders!

👀 Find them as you wander the market
🐻 Count how many teddies you can spot
📝 Enter the correct number
🎁 Go into the draw to WIN a prize!

So keep those eyes peeled as you explore the stalls… some little bears will be waiting to be found! 🧸❤️

We’re excited to welcome Gypsy from Jam On It Music Entertainment to our Picnic in the Country at Strath Creek Country Market! 🌿🧺

Get ready for a fantastic mix of classics, retro 80s, funk, rock, pop, disco, rock ’n’ roll and even a little Latin flavour with Salsa, Cumbia and Cha Cha! 💃🎵

Bring a picnic rug, grab something delicious from our food vendors, explore the stalls and settle in for some live music in the country.

BRIEF STORY ABOUT MATTHEW

My parents farm is in Colac with cattle but I also have my animals in Wedderburn and the Macedon Ranges. I also work with other farmers locally. I butcher all my meats that I bring to the market. I also make the rubs, marinades, vinegars, dips and pickles with my wife that I sell at the market.

🌸 A BIG THANK YOU FROM STRATH CREEK COUNTRY MARKET! 🌸

What a wonderful Spring into Strath Creek! 💚

A huge thank you to all of our amazing vendors, volunteers, community groups, entertainers and everyone behind the scenes who helped make yesterday’s market such a fun country day out.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who came through the gates — whether you shopped local, grabbed something delicious, stopped for a chat, listened to the music, joined in the activities or simply found a spot to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Every purchase, conversation and visit supports our stallholders and helps our little community market continue to grow. ❤️

We absolutely love seeing Pioneer Reserve come alive on market day, and Spring into Strath Creek certainly did that!

From all of us at Strath Creek Country Market — THANK YOU! 🌿

See you next month for Picnic in the Country — Sunday 18 October. 🧺🌳
