We drove 10 hours from Melbourne to Adelaide to be part of a festival, share good times with thousands of people and earn an honest living.

This morning, we found our truck vandalised.

What many people don't see is what goes on behind the scenes. We're a small family business. Like so many others, we're already dealing with rising costs across the board. Truck rental, fuel, accommodation, staff wages, site fees, commissions, stock and insurance, it all adds up.

Then there's the personal sacrifice. Time away from our family, long days, long nights and countless hours of hard work just to make it all happen.

And after all that, we wake up to find our truck damaged because someone thought it would be funny, cool, or worth doing.

For what exactly? What did you achieve?

To whoever did this, you've cost someone time, money and stress. We're not some big corporation that won't notice the impact. We're a small business trying to make a living.

It's disappointing, it's frustrating, and honestly, it's just a bloody d***head act!!

French recipe | Quiche Lorraine our way 🥧🇫🇷

And the secret? Using the iconic and essential Emmental cheese!

Ingredients for one quiche:
- 1 shortcrust pastry (or puff pastry)
- 3 eggs
- 200 lardons (diced bacon)
- 200ml thickened cream
- 100ml milk
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, nutmeg)
+ Emmental cheese (to your liking!)
