We will be closed tomorrow (Saturday 28th march) due to ongoing issues with our cabinets.

What do you do with lamb ribs?

We get asked this all the time, and the answer is… plenty.

Slow cook them low and slow in the oven with your favourite marinade until they are sticky and tender. Throw them on the BBQ and baste as they cook for that smoky flavour. Or pop them in the smoker if you want next level weekend cooking.
