STAFF WANTED
We are looking to hire an Apprentice Butcher.

If you’re looking for a trade that will guarantee you will never be out of work, then this is for you.

Ideally suited to someone with a keen interest in food and pride in their work.

Experience is not necessary, but motivation to learn the trade is.

You will receive full training from Boning carcasses through to slicing, filling sausages, mincing and shop presentation.

New retail lines in the shop this week!
We have introduced Rudi’s Kranskis into our smallgoods line. We have the delicious Cheese and the Hot Kranski’s now in our display ready to go.
Gourmet Grannies have introduced an Asian stir fry sauce range which is so easy and tasty on these warmer evenings.
Kielty’s BBQ sauce range is an artisan sauce producer from Mittagong NSW. They make small batches of sauces and they are amazing!
Come on down and give them a go!

MONDAY 4/08/25 We are still open with our backup generator. Unfortunately our phone line is down with no internet and is just ringing out But we are still here. Come on down and we can help with any meat, eggs or frozen fish products. Let’s hope the power gets back on today!

POWER OUTAGE WEDNESDAY 9/07/2025 Will NOT affect the Butcher Shop! We now have a backup Generator and we will be OPEN this Wednesday while the rest of Smiths Lake has the planned power outage. Come on in and we can help with all your dinner needs :)
