**Weekly Market Update: Spring Abundance*

The fantastic weather we are having is doing wonders for the supply of spring vegetables.

Lots of our veggie lines are running earlier than normal and over-delivering in quality (which we love).

*🥬 Vegetables: Peak Season Quality*

*Red Capsicums:* Fantastic and beautifully sweet at the moment—plus, you can save even more if you choose to purchase our Imperfect variety!

*Zucchinis:* Same goes!

*Lebanese Cucumbers:* Getting cheaper by the week and in great supply—they are the perfect, crisp addition to your spring salads.

*Asparagus:* Our standout spring star is amazing, abundant, and highly unusual for this early in the season! Stock up and save more when you buy 3 bunches.

*Asian Bunch Veg & Greens:* English spinach and bok choy are hardy options.

*Salad Essentials:* Celery and Iceberg lettuce offer fantastic value, while loose corn continues to eat beautifully and help balance the food budget.

*🍓 Fruit: Berry Bonanza & Seasonal Shifts*

*Blueberries & Raspberries:* The berry category is stealing the show. While raspberries are on the rise, we are selling tons of blueberries from WA and QLD at a fantastic price with superb quality.

*Strawberries:* The Queensland season is drawing to a close, and we are seamlessly transitioning to fresh supplies from Western Australia.

*Grapes & Kiwi:* Gold kiwi fruit is in prime form. We are also seeing the first arrival of grapes in Australia; they should be ready for purchase in a couple of weeks.

*Watermelon & Melons:* Dropping in price weekly! It must be all the sun—they are soaking it up, and they absolutely taste like it, too.
