Ten years ago, I was working as a Project Manager in clinical research at a hospital. I saw firsthand how few flavourful food options were available to those with dietary restrictions — especially when it came to gut health and longevity.
That experience inspired me to re-create a food that’s: ✔️ Naturally gluten-free

After a year of deep research, I fell in love with the art of traditional Japanese-style miso paste. I sourced the best certified organic, biodynamic, and locally produced ingredients, and fermented everything the natural way — with no additives.
Now, after a decade of making miso at a commercial scale, I’m proud to share this beautiful food with the public.
