There are no artificial preservatives, sweeteners or additives in any of my products- just timeless, natural preservatives like vinegars & lemon juice. And the entire range is GLUTEN FREE with the sole exception of the Spicy Tomato Relish! As much as possible, I source fresh fruits and vegetables directly from growers, and am proud to say initially tomatoes for the Tomato Relish, and now peaches,

plums, pears & quince come from our own property in Rylstone. Much of the produce I use is seasonal, and batches are small, so that influences how much I have of each item. I like to experiment with different flavours whilst still keeping the taste as honest and natural as possible.
