Need a weeknight win? 👀 These air-fryer chicken taquitos are easy to make, taste great, and are ready to eat in just 30 minutes. Follow the recipe below!

Air-fryer chicken taquitos
🛒 Ingredients:
1 Woolworths country-style roast chicken
125g Woolworths smokey chipotle cheddar & tasty cheese shredded blend
375g Woolworths medium tomato salsa
10 tortillas
5ml extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
1 avocado, diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño chilli, thinly sliced
1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

👩‍🍳 Method:
1. Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken. Shred chicken and place in a bowl. Add cheese and 3/4 cup salsa. Mix to combine.
2. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto the centre of 1 tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up tightly to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining mixture and tortillas.
3. Working in batches, place rolled tortillas in a single layer in a large air-fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden. Combine avocado and onion in a bowl. Place remaining salsa in a small bowl. Serve taquitos topped with avocado mixture, chilli, coriander and remaining salsa.

Meet your new favourite 3pm pick-me-up! 🥣 This Salted Tahini Freezer Fudge is rich, creamy, and so easy to make. Perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself!). Recipe below👇

Salted Tahini Freezer Fudge 🍫🧂
Prep: 10 mins | Freeze: 2.5 hrs | Serves: 20

Ingredients:

375g Macro Organic hulled tahini
2/3 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs maple syrup
200g Woolworths dark chocolate, chopped
¼ tsp sea salt flakes

Method:

Melt: Microwave tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla for 1 min until smooth. Stir in maple syrup.

Divide: Pour the mixture evenly into two bowls. Chill one bowl for 10 mins.

Choc: Add chopped chocolate into remaining bowl. Microwave for 30 secs and stir until smooth.

Swirl: Pour the chocolate mix into a lined 20cm square pan. Spoon the plain tahini mixture over the top and use a butter knife to create those swirls! 🌀

Set: Freeze for 30 mins, sprinkle with sea salt, then freeze for another 2 hours until firm. Slice and enjoy!

These delicious Banana Bread Lamingtons use pre-made banana bread. It can’t get any easier than that! 🍌✨ A delicious twist on two classics that the whole family will love.

The Recipe: Banana Bread Lamingtons
Prep: 15 mins | Set: 1 hour | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

550g Woolworths banana bread slices
1/4 cup caramel spread & 1 cup thickened cream, whipped
2 bananas, thinly sliced
2 cups toasted & salted coconut flakes
1 3/4 cups icing sugar mixture, 1/2 tsp vanilla & 1 tbs softened butter

Method:

1. Spread caramel over half the banana bread slices. Top with cream and banana slices. Sandwich with remaining bread. Cut into squares.

2. Whisk icing sugar, vanilla, butter, and 1/3 cup boiling water until smooth. Place coconut in a bowl.

3. Dip each square into icing, then roll in coconut to coat. Set on a rack for 1 hour to firm up. Serve and enjoy!

POV: It’s 5.30pm, you’re staring into the abyss of your fridge, and the ‘What’s for dinner?’ dread is officially kicking in. 🫠 We’ve all been there!

If you’re currently in your ‘I literally cannot make one more decision today’ era, these BBQ pork steaks are about to be your new weeknight hero. We’ve handled the heavy lifting with a pre-glazed smoky marinade, so you can stop the endless scrolling and actually enjoy your evening. It’s basically a 15-minute cooking hack that tastes like a weekend feast.

Barbecue pork steaks with Japanese-style slaw
PREP 5 mins COOK 15 mins SERVES 2

300g Woolworths BBQ pork loin steaks with sweet & smokey BBQ glaze
½ x 400g Woolworths Japanese-style slaw kit
250g Woolworths microwave jasmine rice, heated
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
⅓ cup coriander leaves

1. Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook following packet instructions, until pork is browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover and rest for 5 minutes. Slice.
2. Meanwhile, prepare slaw kit following packet instructions, reserving sesame seed sachet.
3. Place rice in shallow serving bowls. Top with cucumber, slaw and pork. Sprinkle with coriander and reserved sesame seeds. Serve.

Looking to spice up your dinner routine? 🌶️ This Mapo Tofu Udon is the perfect balance of 'swicy' and savory. Using our Lantern Alley essentials, it’s a restaurant-quality meal made right in your kitchen.

Mapo Tofu Udon Noodles 🥢
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 x 300g pkts silken tofu
1 tbs peanut oil
500g pork mince
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp Woolworths Chinese five-spice powder
¼ cup gochujang paste
2 tbs Lantern Alley hoisin sauce
200g green beans, cut in half
400g pkt Lantern Alley udon noodles
2 spring onions, sliced & 2 tbs Lantern Alley fried shallots

Method:

1. Process tofu until smooth. Set aside.

2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook for 5 mins until browned. Add garlic, five-spice, gochujang, ¼ cup water, and hoisin. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat.

3. Add beans to pork and cook for 2-3 mins until tender.

4. Prepare noodles per packet instructions. Place noodles and tofu in bowls, top with pork mixture, spring onions, and shallots. Enjoy! ✨
