We’ve been making the most of the persimmon season these past few weeks, enjoying every seriously sweet and delicious bite. But like all good things, the season is nearly at an end! Nothing says autumn like warm baked apples 🍎🍂

Simple Baked Apples:

• 4 apples (cored)
• Sprinkle of brown sugar
• Cinnamon
• Small k**b of butter
• Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins until soft and caramelised
• Serve with cream, custard or ice cream 😋

Simple Apple Crumble Recipe:

• 4 apples, sliced
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 80g butter

Bake 180°C for 30–35 mins.

Serve with cream, custard or ice cream and enjoy!
