Keegan's back at it and these ones are a ripper.

He spent the weekend whipping up spicy jalapeño spring rolls stuffed with jalapeño, cream cheese and bacon, and honestly, chef's kiss doesn't even cover it.

We shallow fried ours to test them out, but if you're an air fryer household, they'll do the job just as well.

4 for $12. Chuck them on your entrees, pop them in as a snack, your call.

Oi oi, she's back. The Carnivore Candystore pork crackle has landed at Riverway again and your snack drawer has never looked so good.

Crunchy, salty, dangerously moreish, this stuff doesn't last long on the shelf (or in the car on the way home, we won't tell). Grab a bag next time you're in store, or chuck it on your order while you're at it.

Keegan's dropped into your feed to talk rump caps because this cut doesn't get the hype it deserves.

That fat cap on top isn't trim, it's the whole point. Render it down and it bastes the meat as it cooks, so you get big beefy flavour and a juicy result without the scotch fillet price tag.

On special this weekend at $22.95 a kilo, which is basically a bloody bargain in anyone's language. Score the fat, cook it low and slow or straight on the barbie, slice against the grain and you've got yourself a proper feed.
