MEET BILLY — OUR NEW APPRENTICE BUTCHER! 🥩

At just 16, Billy has joined the team and is already making himself right at home behind the counter!

Billy is currently in Year 10 completing a school-based apprenticeship, which means he’s hitting the books at school while also learning the butcher’s trade with us. 🥩📚

When he’s not at school or learning his cuts of meat, you’ll probably find Billy doing what he loves most — playing football! He absolutely lives and breathes the game. And when he’s not kicking a footy, he’s happiest at the beach.

He’s still learning his way around all the different cuts of meat, but what he might lack in experience, he certainly makes up for with a great sense of humour and a cracking personality! 😂 he’s going to fit in just fine here!

Our customers are already loving having Billy around, and we’re excited to watch him learn, grow and continue developing his skills as he works towards becoming a qualified butcher.

So next time you’re in the shop, say G’day to Billy!

We’d like to give a massive shout-out to Em’s Butchers Hub in Picton for getting behind Bare for Rare – The Great Wizard Shave and supporting our fundraising efforts for Rare Cancers Australia! 💚

The team at Em’s Butchers Hub have been fantastic supporters of the fundraiser, helping us out with meat trays for our raffles and giving us another great way to raise money towards our $30,000 goal! 🥩🔥
