Thank you everyone. We’re amazed and extremely grateful for the massive support and help that we have received
Thank you all customers who come to the shop and check on us to see if we’re ok
We have read all the comments and extremely appreciated
Shoplifting in retails is not something new. It always happens at all times not just now. However, the frequency we encounter them now is shocking. It’s not just on the news. It’s here in front of us. It’s overwhelming
We fight with them over small things
We scream out loud when they steal. To scare them away? Maybe or just a hopeless scream
As we’re angry. We hate stealing. Even just $1, no one has the right to steal from others
at the end we still need to let it go
The loss is never recovered. They would never return to pay
They laugh at us. Yell at us as if they have all the rights to steal
Yes we have no power
We can’t touch them
We can’t protect our property
We have to let them go to protect us
They know all that. No one is going to do anything
Yes we’re losers
It’s ok. The most important thing is we’re SAD
That our Australian fellows having the need to steal
That everyday on social media, there are stealings, break-ins, fatal assaults
That our beautiful country has become to this point
Dr*g addicts, alcoholic, naughty teenagers around us way too many
BUT
We do have honest customers
We have lovely locals
We have the nicest community and fellow traders
That’s why
We rarely post these things on Facebook
We no longer put shoplifters’ photos in front of the store
As we believe honest customers deserve a nice and clean environment to shop
They should not be suffering, seeing ugly photos everyday
We will continue
To greet each customer coming into our store
To make sure we pack their bags nicely
To help the elderly carry heavy bags
We will not give up
We will work harder
We will keep improving our store
For our honest customers
Again we are extremely grateful for the massive support❤️ we have got the information we need, hence the post is now archived
Picture: William rewrites the muffin cabinet for mummy after mummy wipes away the old writing. We love how he wants things done properly, even add some “art work” to make it better than before 😉
