First Choice Beef Jerky Pty Ltd In November 2012, we took over “Choice Beef Jerky” and re-named ourselves, “First Choice Beef Jerky”. It is a healthy snack for all ages!

We built a brand new factory in Walliston, Western Australia and now produce and package the jerky from there. We are a small family business, led by Paul who has a mean passion for cooking and more importantly BEEF! We use MSA Grade Australian Beef, which is sourced from a local supplier Karradale Meats and our spices come from Whittington’s Herbs & Spices. Our beef jerky has no additives, no pre

servatives, no MSG, no artificial flavours, low in fat and high in protein. Once you try first choice you will see the name says it all!
