Meet the Giuseppe - our beloved focaccia sandwich layered with ham, salami, ‘nduja, provolone, sun-dried tomatoes, and eggplant, made fresh daily with love and tradition.

Named after Teresa’s father, Giuseppe, who passed nearly two years ago, this sandwich is more than a menu item - it’s a tribute. He never got to see our café open, but his spirit is in everything we do.

A man who lived for good Italian food, who found joy in cooking for his family, feeding them, and bringing everyone together - Giuseppe left a legacy of love, generosity, and unforgettable flavour.

He was known for making the best Italian salami and cold meats - always cured to perfection, full of character, and shared with pride. That same passion lives on in every slice we serve.

We hope every bite reminds you of the warmth of a true Italian kitchen - and of our beloved Papa and Nonno, Giuseppe, whose love continues to inspire every dish we serve.
