For the past three days, our doors have remained closed due to an unexpected power outage caused by an error outside of our control. Like many others in our community, we have been without power and have faced significant losses as a result.
First and foremost, we want to thank each and every one of our customers for your incredible patience, understanding, and support during this challenging time. Your kindness and encouragement have meant more to us than words can express.
Our hearts are also with our neighbours and fellow local businesses who are still without power. We know how difficult and frustrating these past few days have been, and we are thinking of everyone in our suburb who continues to be affected.
Behind the scenes, our team has been working tirelessly to get everything back up and running. Despite the setbacks, our staff have shown remarkable dedication, working hard to rebuild and restock so we can continue serving our community.
We are hopeful that we will be reopening very soon — possibly as early as tonight — and we can't wait to see everyone back in store.
