Il Mattarello Pasta Hand made pasta Il Mattarello was founded in September 2012 by Davide Zamboni.

Born and bred in Bologna, Italy, Davide attended the secondary cookery school in Ferrara and became a chef. The "Emilia Romagna" region of Italy is famous for its "sfoglia" to make pasta, which is made up from only eggs and flour. Tortelli, tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle, Davide goes back to basics and by keeping with tradition he will let you to take home the authentic "pasta emiliana".
