It is the creation of local Perth girl Alice Duzevich who has from a very early age, been passionate about good food and cooking with the freshest of seasonal produce and whole food ingredients. Alice has always been interested in the health and wellbeing of people and the planet, and believes that the right food choices one makes has direct influence on maximisation of the mind, body and spirit.
She delivers outstanding food, and her conviction behind the nutritional and environmental benefits of minimal processing sets her apart from the conventional food industry. Alice sees food as ‘Edible Art’. Through her unique application of creativity, resourcefulness and experimentation she is able to effortlessly create sensation in the kitchen. This is her trademark. It is an inspiring craft. Her attitude to food is open and refreshing, and being asked to create something incredible with three ingredients is just as exciting as being given ten. Alice and a selection of her products can be found at the weekly Subiaco Farmers Market where she sells a range of quality, home made, thoughtful food. She is also able to cater for any social function from breakfasts through to evening soirees…for vegans through to the more carnivorous.
