🌿 First up, we hope everyone is okay after the wild weather this week. The storms and wind have been intense, and we know some of our customers are dealing with power issues, damage and a few tough days.
If you need a hand, please reach out. We’ll do what we can 💚
With the WA long weekend here, it feels like the perfect time to celebrate what makes this state so special, including the incredible food grown across our wild, beautiful corner of the world.
From Carnarvon to Geraldton, the Perth Hills, Manjimup, Pemberton, Harvey, Albany and beyond, WA produces some seriously beautiful food.
This week’s highlights:
🌶️ Carnarvon capsicums
Red, green and yellow, crisp, colourful and eating beautifully.
🌶️ Geraldton red paprika
Sweet, bright and perfect raw, roasted, grilled or chopped into sauces.
🍆 Eggplant
At its best right now, firm, glossy and perfect for winter cooking.
Think roasted capsicum trays, stuffed capsicums, eggplant bakes, curries, baba ganoush, pasta sauces and warm winter dinners.
Last call for the Peoples Pasture run this coming Saturday 👀🥩
