Since we opened our first discreet stall at Perth Home Grown Market in Perth in March, 2017 – where the local community was banging down the tent demanding our signature freshly baked warm, buttery croissants and snails, Sugar Bee’s 7 Perth' stalls now bake around 450 Cinnamon scrolls on a single Saturday. We also supply our scrumptious fare to some of the best cafes across the city.

Someone 👀 got a little heavy handed with the goods this week, which means our Almonds Croissants kinda, maybe, DOUBLED IN SIZE!! 🥐😂

So, for this weekend only, our croissants are sporting more layers, more buttery goodness, more almondy crunch and even more reasons to conveniently “just be passing by” one of our market stalls 😜

Our jalapeño pretzels are bringing the heat this winter: golden, cheesy, perfectly baked, and packed with just enough spice to warm you from the inside out. 🔥

And here's a little Sugar Bee fun fact... we might be known for our sweets, but did you know that pretzels are where it all began? 💛 Long before the cakes, cookies and treats, pretzels were at the heart of our baking journey, and they're still one of our favourites today!
