Food for Health Hi, I’m Narelle - naturopath, founder of Food for Health, and mum to two beautiful kids. I’ve always been passionate about health, fitness and good food.

Food for Health brings you delicious, gluten-free granolas created by an Aussie naturopath — made with real, nourishing ingredients that deliver both taste and nutrition. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Naturopathy, I owned two health food stores and worked in clinical practice before creating two simple mueslis to support my patients’ treatment plans. Their results were incredible - and that unexpected moment became the beginning of Food for Health in 2005. I built the brand around the core naturopathic philosophy that “prevention is better than cure”, creating nutritious, accessible foods designed to make healthy living easier for everyone.
