🎉 Andrea’s Crispy Chicken Recipe 🎉
Easy, crispy, and full of flavour 😍🔥

Have you tried the Mingle range yet? We’ve got heaps of flavours in stock and they make dinner SO easy.

🌟 Andrea’s Crispy Chicken

1️⃣ Slice chicken breast or thighs into strips and place into a bowl.

2️⃣ Add:
✔️ ¾ - 1 cup arrowroot flour
✔️ ½ packet Mingle Buffalo seasoning
(Adjust seasoning to your taste 😏)

3️⃣ Toss until fully coated.

4️⃣ Place onto a lined baking tray, drizzle with a little coconut oil, and bake at 200°C for approx. 30 mins or until golden & crispy 🔥

💡 Want a veggie option?
Use cauliflower instead! Just add a little water to the flour mix to create a batter before coating.

🎉Homemade chicken soup like Grandma use to make 🍲 Recipe below 👇👇

👩‍🍳 Immune building Chicken Soup
1 whole chicken
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 onion
2 zucchini
4 celery stick
8 mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon coriander
8 peppercorns
4 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup Quinoa or brown rice to bulk it up (optional)

Chop vegetables and add to pot with whole chicken & herbs. Add 4 cup of stock or until chicken is covered, add more water if needed, put lid on and simmer on low for at least 3 hours or low & slow in slow cooker for at least half a day.

The longer the better as you ll get more minerals and gelatine out of the bones. The apple cider vinegar helps with this.The chicken will fall off the bones.

If desired add brown rice in last hour or quinoa 15 minutes before serve.

Taste the soup and if needed add a few teaspoons of chicken stock. Serve. Yum.

Hint: different vegetables can be used

🎉Slow cooker Recipe alert! 🎉
Dinner is sorted 👇, and your taste buds are about to do the happy dance! 😍 💃
We're talkin' Andrea's Osso Bucco Slow Cooker recipe that's ridiculously easy, hearty, and packed with flavour.

Here's what you need: 👩‍🍳
4 Osso bucco pieces (900-1kg),
2 zucchinis,
2 onions,
2 carrots,
1 can of crushed tomatoes,
2 teaspoons garlic,
parsley,
2 Cup Beef stock,
2 tablespoons corn flour or arrowroot powder

Toss the Osso Buco into the slow cooker, chop the veggies, and add all the ingredients. Cook on low all day or medium high for 4-6 hours, or until the meat falls off the bone.

Hint - If sauce needs thickening, mix 2 tablespoon of cornflour or arrowroot powder with cold water to form a paste, then add it to the Osso Bucco.

Simple ingredients, big flavour, zero stress. ✔️
