Three Knives - On Farm Butcher On farm butcher Fill your freezer with home grown meat, cut and packaged to order by Tim. No livestock to transport; no stress for you or your animals.

All you need to provide is power and water, and dispose of the waste. Tim will come to your property with his custom built mobile butchery, which is also a self contained cool room. Your livestock will be process and then hung between 24 and 48 hours, then Tim will return to complete your order.
