Super short on time. Up at 5:00 and just home now with plenty more to do. So straight to the main points for your mid week post.

Extra large is available but 20% short on regular availability.

Double yolks are also available until sold out.

‼️ Trading at current maximum potential capacity. New customers cannot be immediately catered to. Best I can do is add to wait list for future communication when availability and demand may or may not allow more to spread around. But right now. I just can’t make anymore new friends.

I made a post the other day and ended up on an abundance of peoples algorithm which was not ideal. Sorry if you were one of them and I can’t take you on. I am just currently at my 700 tray per week limit that I can sustainably upkeep.

As I was preparing order on Friday evening. I was so proud of the stock I was handling. During the organized chaos of the week I sometimes don’t have the opportunity to take a moment and appreciate the stock properly. I know it’s the best of the best but I’m just focused on securing it and putting it aside at the time. Then when I’m putting orders together in a more calm and concentrated manner. The real form of exceptional size and quality combination really pops and hits me in the face so much more. Sometimes I stop and take photos of the eggs 😂 my album is full of egg photos. Honestly the eggs handed out yesterday were absolutely perfect.

June onwards will mark bumper quality. I will or may be 20% short on stock volume. But sure won’t be short on quality. The full truth is I am intentionally causing the 20% short for the most part. Because only 80% are meeting my standards at the moment. It’s not that’s there’s not enough. There’s more than enough. Just not enough that are good enough for what’s promised from me. That’s why and how I’ve built trust over the years. If it‘s not good enough. It’s not coming here. It’s not going to you.

I’ll leave the quality disregard to the major retailers. That’s why being a little guy is satisfying. You get to be fussy and selective and don’t need to sacrifice quality to meet quantity demands. You just politely say sorry it’s all I can do at the moment.

Due to a certain 20% under regular volume over the next 1-2 months. No new customers will immediately be catered to unless room is definitely available. I sometimes keep posting to a necessity minimum to avoid unwanted new customer traffic and algorithm exposure.

My production predictions are usually correct and I was preferring to be wrong about this one. But I did that thing again where I got it right and I’m finding myself in the area of 20% short of stock I’m happy enough to provide. Allocating the last of 180 trays available for this week and that’ll be pretty much it for this week to take it to a total of 587. Which is 19% short of the last 5 weeks figures. So there you go. Unfortunately right on the money with this one. May be moderately short over the next month it seems. May be posting less to stay under the radar a-bit 🫣.

Thought I was going to be severely short this week but turns out it swung my way and I’ve got in abundance some of the best eggs that can be offered in a big radius.

Life is extremely busy at the moment please bare with me if confirmation or response time seems longer or slower than usual. Week to week availability could fluctuate heavily over the next few weeks although if this week is a statistic sample for the next few weeks then all will be well.

Extra large has taken a 25% drop in available figures as quality that I’m happy enough to provide face to face is abit short at the moment.

But in a twist of events an army of doubles showed up to take their place. You may. Or may. Or may. Find doubles in your XL over the next few weeks. If you really really really don’t like this. Just let me know so I can select accordingly 😁

You guys made me work last week to the tune of 792 trays. It was largely unexpected and I was only prepared for it by chance. I did an absolute perfect job on the numbers with no one missing out and not a single egg left over. It was highly satisfying considering I didn’t expect it but I went off a feeling. Typically off the back of a spontaneously huge week like that. It is at least 20% under the following week (this week). But sometimes you never know 🤔

I had a fantastic amount of double yolks for everyone last week (234 trays) and the quality of them is very high at the moment. I am expecting about 80% of this figure this week.

Extra large is also available and there is a chance that in 2-3-4 weeks I could actually be moderately short on stock that I’m happy enough to provide. But I’ll have to face that situation at the time as I could be wrong.
