Processing orders 🔜. For the second week of October. 👀. Homing in on madness month (December) quickly as usual. I still clearly remember sitting here on my chair wondering how I was going to approach last years madness month around this time last year. Each year has its own unique challenges. Regarding madness month. Still abit soon to allocate mental resources and energy to that just yet.

Double yolks have taken a solid let’s say 50% decline in availability in comparison to what I’ve had available per week for the last 3 months steadily. But I’m scoping out a solid bounce back literally just in time for Christmas. If it works out.

Extra large should be available. But I’ve closed that padlock 🔒 on the new customers door till this year is over so I can just focus on existing demand in a forward moving momentum. Even though that goes sideways at the end of the year. But then when next year starts I’ll re evaluate ins and outs and I’ll see what’s happening at the time then.

So yea it’s Wednesday already. As Monday was off I’m sort of a day behind with things on my end. This ‘could’ leave me a little short for this week depending on how much time I have towards the end of the week to extend myself as well as still be prepared for this week. Mondays off are horrible for me.

Also Thankyou to 96% of you who came on Friday last week as requested so I could attend the wedding on Saturday. It’s not often I need to do that but when I have to I have to. The extra communication it creates on my end is exponential. Not to mention not all people getting the message or taking in the details as it’s so unusual it just sort of goes over some people’s heads. As expected. I’m too consistent for my own good 😆

But anyway extra large is available and so are doubles at this time of post if wanted.

Also the end of the year is approaching and is now in sight. The month on the calendar has now hit double digits which means I’ll now double down on being careful and strict about taking new customers as mentioned 60 times in the last few months. To ensure that end of year mammoth demand remains possible for me.

As I am doing Friday this week and it is now Wednesday evening. That makes it technically Thursday evening already as per a normal week in terms of getting your eggs ordered and me putting everything together.

Friday this week not Saturday. Time stated in picture. Will not have the time to be able to chase up uncollected orders. If you don’t come. You don’t come. I won’t be home all weekend and once it’s 5:30 ish on Friday night whatever isn’t picked up is simply not picked up.

An immensely chaotic week so far. Time constraints. Mechanical issues. I can’t even make it to appointments that I booked at 5:30 🫩. Public holidays and a wedding in the mix pack a Mike Tyson punch 🥊 right to the time sector for me.

Egg man has 3 sisters. 1 is getting married on Saturday. So I’ll be unable to do the usual thing on Saturday as I’ll be suited up and doing wedding things.

Alternatively doing Friday.

Just a post to remind you that I exist and to order if needing anything this week. Cause y’all made me do a backflip and loose sleep last week. I bring a recurring forecasted amount each week with observational and situational tolerance of course. Last week I brought the expected appropriate amount yet I had 156 unsold trays on Friday night and was puzzled I guess is the word for how I felt. Fast forward Saturday afternoon. 4 trays left. Now you do the maths for the amount of late orders I got 😂 Give me damn heart attack. But it’s alright. All part of the game. 👀
