My daughter prefers these to store bought ones and that makes my heart so happy 😊
My tips:
✔️ always add bread improver to the dough (keeps them softer)
✔️ as soon as they are cooled i freeze them into zip lock bags or a container
✔️ always prove the dough and then do a second prove once they are rolled into scrolls
