Meet the New Team

Oberon Abattoir has existed at the current site for many years. The current plant was rebuilt in 2016 after a fire gutted the abattoir in 2014.

Oberon Meat Processors Pty Ltd has now taken on the management of the Oberon Abattoir previously trading as Brooklyn meats.

We are a collaborative of local producers looking to ensure the long term viability of the facility for the benefit of local customers in an environment where custom slaughter and butchering services are increasingly hard to find.

We believe we can finally achieve a stable, viable service for the community of Oberon and surrounds, as well as catering to the wholesale market because of the well rounded team we have assembled.
