Slow-Braised Lamb Shanks, made to fall off the bone. 🤌

Want to make this at home? Here’s everything you’ll need.
Ingredients:
🥩 Lamb shanks
🫒 Olive oil
🧂 Salt
🧂 Black pepper
🧄 Garlic, chopped or crushed
🧅 1 onion, chopped
🥕 1 carrot, chopped
🌿 1 celery stalk, chopped
🌿 Fresh rosemary
🌿 Fresh thyme
🥣 Beef or chicken stock
🍅 Optional: a little tomato paste for extra depth

How to make it:
Season your lamb shanks generously, then sear them in a hot pan until beautifully browned.
Add the garlic, onion, carrot, and celery, then add the rosemary and thyme. Pour in your stock, cover, and let everything braise low and slow until the lamb is tender and falling off the bone.
