Dutch Cream potatoes from Baures Organic Farm just came in and we couldn’t wait to cook with them 🥔

Naturally creamy and full of flavour, they are the star of tonight’s Creamy Rustic Mashed Potatoes paired with The Beach Farm Noosa steak and a fresh garden salad.

Recipe:
900g Baures organic potatoes, skins on and cut into chunks
1 cup warmed milk
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives or parsley to finish

Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and mash coarsely. Fold through warmed milk and butter until creamy but still chunky. Season well and serve warm alongside your steak.
