Looking for a decadent chocolatey breakfast for Easter Sunday that isn't going to spike your insulin and send your blood sugars into a spin?

Why don't you try this delicious chocolate avocado mousse 🤤🤤

Recipe 👇
50-100g dark chocolate 🍫
300-400g avocado flesh (approx 3 large) 🥑
120g organic road coconut cream 🥥
100g organic road pure maple syrup 🌳
30g organic road raw cacao powder 🍫

Melt chocolate then combine with all the other ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. For best results refrigerate over night however this can be eaten straight away and it's still delicious!

Serve with an extra dollop of coconut cream and berries.

Everyday we're touched by the stories shared to us from our customers. They share with us their deepest health concerns and their biggest health triumphs and we are so honoured to walk with them on that journey.

A few months ago, one very special customer came in Darren Morriss was in acute grief, struggling with the recent loss of his own daughter and going through his own health battles as a result.

Darren has continued to come in regularly and each time, he's been that bit brighter. When he came back in recently and told us of his journey to channel his own battles of grief to help save a little girl, he was shining!

We couldn't be more proud to be a small part in this amazing story and we couldn't be more proud to see such an amazing outcome for one of our (many) very valued customers.
