After having a stall for the last six months at the Murray Bridge Farmers' Market at Wharf Road, Murray Bridge - we have now started a stall at the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market, at Mann Street, Mt Barker!! nging to you what places like Melbourne and Sydney have been enjoying for years. We bring to you the Turkish 'Gozleme'!!! These are a savoury pastry with various fillings. They can be best described as the Turkish version of pies and pasties!!! We offer a wide range of fillings, including:
* Fetta cheese
* Mince
* Butter
* Spinach and Mince. We offer three different versions of Gozleme. We have the traditional hot plate grilled Gozleme; a baked 'roll' version and also a fried 'puffy' version. All three versions come with a choice of the above fillings for you to choose from! We also have homemade:
- 'BOREK' (layered pastry with fetta cheese, parsley and egg filling)
- 'DOLMA' (stuffed vine leaves) and
- STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS
- HOT SOUP!!
- 'BAKLAVA' (homemade fillo pastry layered with crushed walnuts and covered with a delicious sugar syrup)
- And ofcourse....... TURKISH DELIGHT!!! Most of the produce used in our pastries are either home grown in our own market garden or locally sourced. So not only will you be treating your taste buds to a delightful feast, but you will also be supporting local growers!!
