When we first bought the butchershop back in 2022, we had a crash course on how the shop and business ran. We are thankful for the butchers who stuck with us and helped us along the way. Solly was one of those butchers who helped us with customer names, orders and packaging goods, just to name a few things.

We would like to thank Solly for welcoming us. He especially enjoyed treating the kids with sweets or a cheerio.

He is well known for making flavoured snags and wurst for the community. And for his mangoes.

Solly has worked at Mundubbera Butchery for 29yrs. He has been a great asset to the team and now ready to slow down and focus on life on the farm.

We wish you all the best on your retirement Solly, and may you have a great season with your mangoes. Thank you for your service.
