The SJ Farmers Market with the Serpentine Jarrahdale Food & Farm Alliance Inc is proud to support the WA Food Policy Forum, hosted by Sustain: The Australian Food Network Monday 30 November in Perth.

Our farmers market brings local farmers, growers, producers and the community together to celebrate fresh, local food and strengthen our regional food system.

🌱 Connecting our community with fresh, nutritious, locally produced food.

🤝 Building stronger relationships between producers and consumers.

🍎 Improving food security and access to local food.

🌿 Protecting productive agricultural land and supporting sustainable and regenerative farming.

💚 Building a resilient local food economy for future generations.

With Australia’s National Food Security Strategy, Feeding Australia, being developed, this is an important opportunity to share knowledge, contribute ideas and help shape the conversations around our food future.

Every Saturday, our market brings together local farmers, growers, producers, makers and small businesses who work incredibly hard to bring you fresh, locally grown and lovingly made products.

Your support matters more than you may realise. 💚

Every purchase, big or small, helps keep our local farmers farming, our growers growing and our small businesses doing what they love. It keeps money circulating in our community, strengthens our local food system and helps ensure we continue to have access to fresh, locally produced food.

We may not be the biggest market, but we have some of the biggest hearts, and a wonderful community that continues to show up for each other.

We’re not just another market. We’re your local farmers market, and together we’re building something that really matters. 🌱

💚 Rain or shine, Saturday morning is SJ Farmers’ Market morning!

We might have a little rain this Saturday, but don’t let a few showers keep you away! ☔️🌱

Our wonderful stallholders will be there, ready to welcome you with fresh seasonal produce, pasture-raised eggs, fresh juice, artisan bread, local honey, handmade treats, beautiful flowers, eco-friendly products, unique gifts and more.

Grab a coffee or a fresh juice, enjoy something delicious for breakfast and wander the stalls. A little rain never stopped a good market morning!

Behind every stall is a local farmer, grower, maker or small business who relies on your support. Rainy market days can be particularly tough for our stallholders, so every visit and every purchase really does make a difference.

Your support helps keep local food on our tables, small businesses thriving and our community connected. 💚
