This Thursday, we’re giving ImaCatch Seafood a special farewell before Tara relocates to her new permanent shop in Brunswick Heads.

To celebrate, we’ll be serving BBQ fish burgers in a delicious paddock bun with crisp salad for just $4 extra on top of your fillet.

Fish fillets are usually priced between $5–$10, so you can enjoy a fresh local fish burger for around $9–$14 all up.

Nature was never meant to be separated from the way we live — it should be integrated into it.

Saying goodbye to our amazing SIT International intern, Sol 💛

Over the past months, Sol has been learning alongside us about how The Paddock works — with a strong focus on inclusivity, community orientation, education, and care for one another. Their warmth, curiosity, and kindness have brought so much colour and love into our space.

At The Paddock Project, we believe in creating spaces where everyone belongs, where learning is shared, and where community grows through connection. Sol has truly embodied those values, and we are so grateful for the time we’ve shared together.
