❄️Opening Weekend at Falls Creek❄️
It was a pleasure to be involved with the team at Feathertop Lodge, showcasing the traditional asado style bbq lamb, alongside other premium meats from Farm to Fork Butchery, for an unforgettable opening weekend feast .

With family, friends and members from Falls Creek Race Club coming together to celebrate, the mountain delivered the perfect backdrop for a fantastic evening.

Great food, great company, perfect weather and incredible vibes all round.

Last week we had Riley join us at Farm to Fork Butchery for work experience, and what an impressive young man he is!

Riley was willing to give every job a go and quickly became a valued part of the team. During his time with us, he helped with food preparation, packed customer orders, made plenty of mince for our sausages, assisted Mat and Hamish with breaking down lamb and beef, and helped prepare a variety of meats for sale.

He also became very well versed in washing dishes and keeping the workspace clean and tidy!

Thanks for all your hard work, Riley. We're sure you'll be a big help around home now too! 👏🔪🥩
