Chinese Style Pork Bao Buns

⏱️ PREP: 5 mins | 🔥 COOK: 15 mins | SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:
560g pkt Woolworths Cook Chinese-style BBQ pork
320g pkt bao bun
400g pkt Woolworths Japanese-style slaw kit
¼ bunch coriander, sprigs picked
1 long red chilli, sliced

METHOD:
1️⃣ Prepare pork following packet instructions.
2️⃣ Meanwhile, heat buns following packet instructions.
3️⃣ Toss slaw kit with dressing, reserving sesame seed sachet. Fill buns with slaw, pork, coriander and chilli. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds from sachet.

Turn a simple pack of Woolworths meatballs into juicy, crispy blanket dumplings. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want maximum flavor with minimal effort. Check out the full method below! 🥟💚

Blanket dumplings with chilli oil
⏱️ PREP: 5 mins | 🔥 COOK: 10 mins | 🥟 MAKES: 10

INGREDIENTS:
Extra virgin cooking oil spray
½ x 400g pkt Woolworths pork & veal meatballs
10 wonton wrappers
2 tbs crispy chilli oil
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 spring onion, sliced
⅓ cup coriander, chopped

METHOD:
1️⃣ Spray meatballs with oil. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until browned all over.
2️⃣ Top each meatball with a wonton wrapper, tucking wrapper around the meatball to cover. Add ⅓ cup water to the pan. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until water evaporates and wrappers are translucent.
3️⃣ Drizzle with chilli oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, onion and coriander. Serve.
