Don’t let T-Bone steaks scare you - they aren’t difficult to cook!

Bring your steak to room temperature while you get the barbecue hot. Rub with a little olive oil and season with a little salt. Then, 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare and let it rest before you eat.
