Some good cuts on special at Ziggys this week!

We've got Great Southern grass-fed Tasmanian rump steak, lamb chump chops, pork forequarter chops and Marion Bay free-range chicken breast fillets.

For something easy during the week, there's freshly minced beef and pork, beef burgers and our own bratwurst sausages. Plus, Ziggys bacon, cheese kranskys and smoked viennas are all on special too.

Spring and lamb really do go hand in hand.

As the weather warms up, lamb is an easy one to bring back to the BBQ. Loin chops, cutlets, racks or a roast, it works just as well for a quick dinner as it does for a long weekend lunch.

We source our lamb from Lamb of Tasmania, so there’s plenty of quality Tasmanian lamb in the cabinet.

A little olive oil, salt, pepper, some fresh herbs and a hot grill is often all it needs.

This week, there’s a great selection across the counter, including pork loin chops, pork cutlets, pork mince and Tasmanian pork spare ribs, with plenty of options from quick midweek dinners to the weekend BBQ.

You’ll also find grass-fed beef scotch fillet and Marion Bay chicken breast fillets on special, plus some of our Ziggys favourites including bacon, Virginia ham, saveloys and kabana.
