Excelsior Bakery

Excelsior Bakery The restoration and return to service of my 108 year old wood fired bakery. In 1907 a young Baker, Frank Cooke opened a Bakery in Mole Creek.

Now after a 30 year absence the Bakery has reopened as a wholesale bakery, and we are trying to maintain the old traditions & methods as much as possible. We have had a 110 year association with well known Tasmanian firms supplying all of our raw ingredients and continue that association to this day.
