Our house seafood chowder is not a packet powder that is used widely in the industry. Instead, it is a labour of love; a two day process which involves Jun San creating a beautiful crustacean stock from local King Prawns as the base with the addition of fresh fish & herbs blended just perfectly 🦐😍
