Another big news!
The Tane Koji spore company Kawachi Genichiro Shoten has just started selling their Koji spores in the US 🇺🇸, the UK 🇬🇧, Taiwan 🇹🇼, The Philippines 🇵🇭 and Malaysia 🇲🇾!
The strain of Aspergillus oryzae that has very strong enzymatic activities like no others that was discovered by Genichiro Kawachi himself is now available in not only Japan, Australia and New Zealand but in these countries 🎉

I have been so honoured to distribute the spores in Australia and to New Zealand since 2019 and, I have always wanted more people to know the incredible depth of sweetness and Umami that Kawachi kin creates!!!
