Buying half a cow might seem like a big expense but if you have a decent sized family of meat eaters could you imagine what buying this much quality fresh beef would cost you at the shops?
Not to mention the quality difference is immense we have sold more than 20000kg of beef alone since may and haven’t had a complaint yet!

Rumpalicious or what!
Rump cap - you might not know the name but you've
probably had the cut, especially if you're in to your
Brazilian BBQ where they call it the Picanha.
I like to think it's called Rump Cap because the
gorgeously thick layer of fat covers the meat like a well
placed cap keeping your hair in place on a windy day.
And remember - fat means flavour!
Don't be afraid of the fat here, it keeps the beef
perfectly moist making the rump cap is perfect for
barbies, steaks and roasting. Versatile or what?
11m excited to get this guy cooking - the marbling plus
fat are going to make for one tasty bit of quality beef!
