She walks in and bursts into tears
She sobs on my shoulder uncontrollably
I hold her
We breathe
She tells me that there is so much stress, she cannot handle it anymore
We breathe some more
I offer tea and listen
When she is ready she gets wrapped up in blankets on the healing table
We connect to the parts of her feeling unsupported
The parts of her feeling lonely
The parts of her that are sabotaging the good things, the answers and solutions
The inner child that has been running this painful experience over and over

We clear the spells and outside intifearance
We disconnect the energies they were feeding of her suffering

We connect her back to SELF
the powerful, resourceful woman that she is.

All this in 30 minutes
Before she pops the shoes on again and runs to get the kids from school.

This time with a gentle smile on her face.

This human experience is not easy
It’s not for the lighthearted
But when we connect to the TRUTH WITHIN
It suddenly all makes sense.

Last night I had a 13 year old “young man” on the healing table.
He was exhausted.
Within 3 minutes he fell into a deep sleep.

There are so many layers we don’t see as parents.
🌱The Overwhelm
🫛The Emotions that are so intense and are so hard to share
🌵The Worries and Overthinking spiralling into anxiety
🍳The fried Nervous System

💫There was need for Grounding
💫Need for deep Nourishment
💫Need for Male Elder Leadership and Guidance
💫Need for a big Pause and Reset
💫Need for reconnecting back to SELF

Our children, as much as Us adults live in this fast overwhelming world.
But also dealing with the ever changing growing bodies.

We can support them just like we did with my clients.
I’m Forever grateful to his Mother’s trust with her child and being able to make a difference.

( even when being called a 🧙😅😝🕊️)

💫 The Power of True Connection💫

One moment you are just strangers meeting for common intention,

The next, you share life stories and hold space for one another in a way that is not often felt.

Within 72 hours so much has happened that changed me in a very profound way.
My heart blasted open so unexpectedly.
