A Table Cooking à table! (french) come to dinner, come to the table à table cooking is based in melbourne, austra à table runs a seasonal program of workshops each year.

during worshops, participants will be taught to make a core ingredient from scratch and then learn how to use that ingredient to make other dishes. truffle masterclasses
learn about australian black perigord truffles, how they compare to european truffles and how to cook with and store them. july - september each year


other workshops
starting in spring 2012, à table will be running workshops on

topics that include:
- making yoghurt - fresh pasta
- sourdough bread and homemade butter
- preserving fresh produce
- homemade ricotta
- planning a kitchen garden
- cooking with herbs

accompany us as we visit markets and fine wine and food producers in our favourite parts of the world. depending on the area we are visiting, each trip will involve either gathering the freshest ingredients as we travel around (to cook later), or visiting our favourite restaurants. what fun!
