✨ Banh Cuon ✨

Silky, soft Vietnamese rice rolls served cold with classic sides like bean sprouts, cha lua (Vietnamese pork loaf), and a punchy fish sauce dressing. These rice rolls are available at Asian grocery stores and you can select from the vegan or pork mince one! Yum! 🥢

We’ve added our crispy fried tofu for extra texture – it soaks up the sauce perfectly and balances out the dish with a golden crunch. 💛

The best part? No need to reheat! Banh Cuon is served cold, making it an easy, fresh lunchbox hero. No microwave queue at the office.
