Truly fresh, chemical free and local produce has landed! Delicious organic eggplant grown in Tolmie, organic red and brown onions and shallots grown in Mansfield and early season apples and pears picked yesterday (yes, you read that right), grown in Mansfield.

Updated opening hours for the month of February. Note we will be closed on Sunday. Returning to full speed in March. Plenty of opportunity to come in from Wednesday to Saturday for high quality food and beverages from Victoria's finest producers. Divine coffee, homemade cakes and lunch items and so much more. Our fridges are almost fully restocked following the power outage which lasted for 27hrs, rendering its contents inedible, just prior to the fires starting in our area. As we keep saying, if an empty fridge is the worst we endure from the last few weeks, we are lucky.

We are incredibly grateful to all who have worked to keep our communities safe. Special mention to the transport drivers who added an extra 3 plus hours to their delivery run to ensure we could continue to provide wholesome food to our community. Particularly Evan at Mt Buller Alpine Transport and Rikki from Cold Express. Thank you for all you do.

The Outdoor Provedore market has officially handed over the reigns to Hank and Carrie (from the beloved Swiftcrest Distillery). From this Saturday January 17th, it will begin it's transition to being known as "That's my farm farmers market".

Cam and I have been blessed to have had such great support for our market from both producers and customers alike, and we will forever be grateful. Our aim was to bring high quality, wholesome food and beverages to our town, and we feel the Outdoor Provedore market allowed us to create a solid foundation to achieve this. Now, we need to focus on our shop - High Country Provedore, which has the exact same aim...just on a larger scale.

We are thrilled that Hank and Carrie stepped up to take on the market, without hesitation. They have been an integral producer at our market from its inception, and we have no doubt their energy and enthusiasm will propel the market into its next phase. Absolute legends!
