We offer a healthy alternative to the grab snack food that we all need on the run. You can put an order in with us through this page, call us or email. Our products are also available in all the best cafe's in Mackay and North QLD, if your fave cafe doesn't stock our stuff, ask them why?! :)

o make with the convenience of simply picking it up. Fast food doesn't have to be unhealthy anymore. We make our food using the best quality products we can find. If it is not certified organic, it is guaranteed by our suppliers as having no added anything that isn't food. No chemical additives, no gmo's, no trans fats and no added sulphites. We are calling our food Low Human Intervention (LHI) food, which is simply using whole foods, cooking from scratch, minimising the processing and eliminating any unnecessary additives. Well the time has come for me to say bye to the shop…it’s been over 13 years making amazing food for you all and this last 4 years in the shop has been full of ups and downs and i appreciate everyone of you for the support. I am blessed with the best husband, kids, family & friends and have had the most amazing staff but i need to put my family and my health first for now. HSnJ isn’t done…i’m just going to have a little break and go back to my roots. If you have an order placed don’t stress it will be honoured and I will be in touch. Meal prep will be coming back in the next few weeks and you will still be able to get our goodies at our amazing stockists around town and of course send a message if you need anything. Stay tuned for updates on our page.
