It’s almost that lovely time of year when the garlic harvest starts. Around 11,000 early harvesting garlic plants have started flowering in Hartley Vale and so the Hartley Vale Good Garlic Co. will be at the Gang Gang Markets this week with garlic scapes, green garlic and jars of garlic pesto for sale. Over winter, the Co. has been experimenting with a new garlic scone recipe they’ve perfected that’s served with beetroot, garlic and cinnamon jam. Thanks to all the lovely customers yesterday that ventured out in the cold drizzle to purchase goods from the stall holders at the Gang Gang Farmers Markets 😎 🍎🥐🫜🥦🌮🥚🍰
We farewelled the lovely Francisco Yesterday who is off travelling now .. he will be missed, such a great human with a big smile. We wish you well 🤝
Kurrawong Organics will still be selling wonderful organic produce at the markets..
